These terms apply to the Mailday apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad and the Mailday account service, provided by Roberto Zanon.
Using Mailday
You may use Mailday to read, organise and send your own email and manage your own calendars. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the messages you send, and you must follow the terms of your email provider. Do not use Mailday to send spam or unlawful content.
Your data
Your mail and calendars remain yours. How Mailday handles them is described in the privacy policy.
Availability
Mailday is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may suspend the Mailday account service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed messages or indirect damages arising from the use of Mailday.
Ending
You may stop using Mailday at any time, log out of your accounts and ask us to delete your Mailday account. We may end access for misuse of the service.
